Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: August 1st, 2026

This policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all services provided by Harvill House Marketing, LLC ("Harvill House," "we," "us," or "our"). It works together with our full Terms & Conditions — if anything here conflicts with your individual client contract, the contract governs.

Payment

Full payment is due in full before services begin, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For ongoing services with recurring billing (such as social media management), payment terms and billing cycles will be outlined in your individual contract.

Refunds

All services and payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website design and development fees

  • Branding and logo design fees

  • Content creation session fees

  • Social media management payments (one-time or recurring)

  • Digital product purchases

Once a payment is made or a service begins, no refund will be issued, regardless of project stage, timeline, or outcome. We encourage every client to ask questions and review their contract fully before booking to make sure Harvill House is the right fit.

Cancellations

Some services (such as social media management) require a minimum commitment term of 3 or 6 months, as outlined in your contract.

Clients may cancel a service with a minimum commitment term at any time by submitting a written cancellation request. A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance owed on the commitment term will apply.

Example: If a client cancels a 6-month social media management agreement with 3 months (and payments) remaining, the cancellation fee would equal 25% of the total value of those remaining 3 months.

Services without a minimum term (such as one-time website builds or content sessions) are not subject to a cancellation fee, but remain non-refundable once work has begun per the Refunds section above.

Late Payments

Payments not received by their due date are subject to a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance for each 24-hour period the payment remains unpaid. Continued non-payment may result in pause or termination of services, with any outstanding balance and applicable fees still due.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a service, please submit your request in writing to Charlee via email. Your cancellation date will be based on the date the written request is received, and any applicable cancellation fee will be calculated from that date.
